Kunstverein Schichtwechsel dedicates itself to the magic moments in life that inspire, fulfil and give strength. These are moments when you feel that what you are doing makes sense and is valuable. We would like to know when, how and why such moments occur and how to create the right conditions for them.

On this topic, we conduct interviews with people from various fields who pursue their dreams and passions and who we believe make a valuable contribution to society through their work. The selection is based on the snowball principle: We ask some people we know and let them recommend others.

The interviews are published on our website and are partly complemented by illustrations.
